All grassroots clubs have a responsibility to support sustainability, to educate their members about positive change and to improve their actions to help the climate.
We work with clubs to develop and implement Strategies and Action Plans that align with Sport England’s ‘Every Move’ sustainability strategy, breaking down complex topics into identifiable and achievable goals that reduce environmental impact while also potentially saving costs.
A blueprint for sustainability improvement
How we help
Expert analysis
Using industry-standard methods, we carry out a full site inventory, calculate emissions and develop an overview of your existing environmental status.
We combine expert knowledge and industry experience with a carefully selected suite of available tools, templates and resources to develop, tailor, implement and manage highly effective sustainability Strategies and Action Plans.
Instant impact
We identify the ‘quick wins’ in all areas of your club's activities, enabling you to take action and achieve the most cost-effective instant impact.

How we do it
STEP 1
We undertake a phone consultation to discuss your club, answer any questions on sustainability planning and determine how we can help.
We follow a step-by-step process, working with club members to build and evolve Action Plans and provide ongoing sustainability support.
STEP 2
Once an agreement is in place, we arrange an initial site visit and carry out questionnaires to understand baselines and identify potential quick wins.
STEP 3
Using relevant resources, such as energy audits and transport planning tools, we quantify baselines and goals, evaluate potential collaborative cost-savings and develop an Action Plan with meaningful and actionable tasks.
STEP 4
Prioritising tasks within the Action Plan, we work with your club members on an ongoing basis to implement the actions required to achieve your sustainability goals.
